These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the BrillStay website (brillstay.com) and booking services, operated by Brill Rooms Private Limited ("BrillStay", "we", "us"). By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. About BrillStay
BrillStay is a hospitality brand operating budget and mid-range hotel properties across Kolkata under Brill Rooms Private Limited. We list our own properties for direct booking on this website.
2. Bookings
- Bookings made through this website are requests and are confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or phone within 30 minutes of submission.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
- Room rates displayed are per night, per room, and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed with the property in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Payments
Payments may be collected online, via UPI/bank transfer, or in cash at the property, as agreed at the time of booking confirmation. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat hotel staff, property, and other guests with respect. BrillStay reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay early in cases of misconduct, damage to property, or violation of local law, without refund.
6. Liability
BrillStay is not liable for loss of personal belongings, injury, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Guests are advised to safeguard valuables during their stay.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
